HULL CONSTRUCTION:

  • Foam Core Sandwich using Airex PVC Closed Cell Foam.
  • Vacuuming techniques which ensue good consolidation between laminate and core.
  • Material laminates are of unidirectional E Glass with Carbon Fibre in high stress areas and Kevlar in high impact areas.
  • Vinylester Resin is used throughout with a high quality white Gelcoat.
  • Bottom paint and accent details are done with Awlgrip (U.S. Paints)

DECK CONSTRUCTION:

  • Foam Core Sandwich using high temperature Corecell Closed Cell PVC Foam.
  • Techniques and materials are the same as hull construction.

STANDING RIGGING AND MAST:

  • High Quality Aluminum Mast (Anodized) c/w 2 #30 Wincbes and 5 Stoppers.
  • All Rigging and Hardware - 316 Stainless Steel.
  • OPTION -Carbon Wing Mast ( Rotating) c/w Back Stays
  • Ideal Heavy Weather Storm Sail. provides high performance sail control.
